Lynne Buschman is a New Jersey-based artist who has synthesized her sculpture and book-making passion into sculptural book/objects wherein she combines letterpress, pochoir, colored pencil, oil pastels and ephemera. Her books can be experienced visually as objects in themselves or physically in personal and intimate ways. She worked as an illustrator for over 20 years in New York City and is currently an adjunct at Parsons teaching drawing and digital imaging, and at Montclair State teaching Color Theory. Lynne is also a letterpress printer, teaches drawing at her studio in Montclair. She has over 30 years or yoga practice and studies the dharma.
